Purchased Items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel from our Minden, Ontario location. Shipping times range from 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Regional shipments are usually 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification with a Tracking number when your items are shipped. Personalized Items such as Pillows, T-Shirts and Hoodies are usually shipped within 5 to14 business days.

All sales are final. In the event that your purchased item is damaged, please contact info@uprivertrading.com. Please include your Order Number, a description of the damage and a photo of the purchased item clearly showing the damage caused from shipping.
